New story revelation about Covid-19 in according to study
Coronavirus is battling of the epidemic all over the world. So far, 3.71 crore cases of COVID-19 have appeared in the world and more than 10 lakh people have lost their lives. So far more than 70 lakh cases of corona have been reported in India, while more than 6 million patients have been able to beat the virus.
Meanwhile, a study says that coronavirus can survive up to 28 days in cold and dark conditions on products like banknotes and mobile phones. The National Science Agency of Australia said this.
The agency said on Monday that researchers at CSIRO’s Disease Preparedness Center tested how long SARS-CoV-2 could survive at three degrees Celsius in the dark. In this test, it has been found that the survival rate of the virus decreases under hot conditions.
Scientists found that at 20 ° C temperature the SARS-CoV-2 virus “spreads rapidly” on glass (mobile phone screens), steel and plastic banknotes and can survive up to 28 days. At 30 degrees (86 Fahrenheit) the chances of survival of the virus decreased to seven days while at 40 degrees (104 Fahrenheit) the virus could survive for only 24 hours.
Researchers said that the virus can survive for a long time in rough surface at low temperatures. The study says that it cannot survive after 14 days on a retail surface like a dress.
